Very fast!. People skills need a lot of work there. They act like they don't even acknowledge your existence inside the waiting area. I was glad they were fast changing the oil cuz I wanted to get out of there

Ford is a great place to get your vehicle worked on. Always very helpful and nice. But there was only one older man in the quick lube who took your information that was very rude and seemed like you were wasting his time. But everyone else was great!!!
