Miguel and Devin and great. They resolved my Mustang VCT issue. I’ve gotten oil change and brake fluid done here no sweat. People who complain about timing should go to a place that only values speed and not the quality. It’s real simple, you want to make your purchase last (considering how expensive it is) you want them to take more than 30min to get the job done.
I’ve had several consistently poor experiences at this Dealer. Most recently, I arrived for a scheduled warranty appointment for my Ford F-150, only to be told they were short-staffed and needed my truck for at least two days. This is the second time in a year they’ve pulled this last-minute "delay" tactic. I bought my truck with extended warranty, they should offer or provide a loaner vehicle (the other Ford dealer did right away without asking).
