The Service Team here at this dealership really needs to step up their customer service! they lost my sisters Car keys during or after her Car had gone through service. OK, people make mistakes... no problem... Its Saturday afternoon & service is about to close so you all should Put her into a loaner vehicle so that she can come pick up her car on monday afternoon/evening once the key(s) are found or new key(s) are made for her Car.
