I’ve had several consistently poor experiences at this Dealer. Most recently, I arrived for a scheduled warranty appointment for my Ford F-150, only to be told they were short-staffed and needed my truck for at least two days. This is the second time in a year they’ve pulled this last-minute "delay" tactic. I bought my truck with extended warranty, they should offer or provide a loaner vehicle (the other Ford dealer did right away without asking). The Service Team here at this dealership really needs to step up their customer service! they lost my sisters Car keys during or after her Car had gone through service. OK, people make mistakes... no problem... Its Saturday afternoon & service is about to close so you all should Put her into a loaner vehicle so that she can come pick up her car on monday afternoon/evening once the key(s) are found or new key(s) are made for her Car.
