On Saturday, July 10Th, I Had My Car Serviced At The Sawgrass Quick Lane Department, With My Service Advisor, Mr. Johan SEDANO. I Had An Oil Change And Other Services Done At That Time. I’m Happy To Say, As Always, “I Departed There, As Always, As An Very Satisfied Customer. My Car Is Running Great! Thank You, Sawgrass Ford For Great Services Render And Thank You Mr. Sedano.
Made a appointment for 8:30 and it was confirmed with a phone call and a text. When I arrived here I was told that there is a 3 hour wait and told they didn't see my appointment even though I show him the text that I received to confirm it. Would not waste my time to go back. Do not pre pay for there service unless you have a day to waste. Took my truck here right after work for an oil change. The wife has been driving it since while I drove my work car. Today she comes home and I smell burning oil and she complains about the oil light coming on during turns. We just had the oil changed so I pop the hood and discover the mechanics forgot to put back on the oil cap!!! Now I'm worried about all the grit and grim that may have gotten into the engine
Very good service, good prices but the restrooms are in other side of the building
