Made an appointment at Quick Lane over a week in advance. Arrived to drop off car and they couldn't find my appointment but took my car, nonetheless. Received a call an hour before closing stating there was a delay and asked if I could leave my car. I have to work the next day, of course I cannot leave it. How about offering me a loaner???
