I made an appointment 1 month ago (that was soonest they had), I brought my Lincoln MKT in on a Tuesday to have the radio repaired. I have a warranty that covers everything with a rental car as well. I had to pay out of pocket for the rental car because I had to drop off car instead of wait for diagnosis. 6 days later, I have paid 600.00 for a rental car that the warranty will not cover because they sat on my car that long before diagnosing it. Horrific service. Scheduling has no idea how to set things up. Booked me for a time the “advisor” wasn’t working. Needed the car to be here multiple days, no loaner booked. Been here multiple times for same issue, they aren’t good enough to resolve things. Very much regretting buying a car here only because their service is so incredibly bad. If your coverage allows you to take your vehicle elsewhere, do that, Sanderson Lincoln is terrible.

They were able to fix the AC problem that I haven't been able to get done in other Lincoln service in the area. Only downside is that it takes little longer than other places for the similar services, but the technical quality is better than others, which is most crucial.

I used the quick lane to get “The works” on my F150. Employees were very friendly, nice waiting room and quick service. Definitely will go again!
