I purchased tires at Pacaro and I had a tire that developed a slow leak. I was not able to get it in to be fixed for 10 days. I and an older woman an am putting air in that tire every other day. That is totally unacceptable. Pocaro will no longer get any of my business.

i had an appointment at 1pm monday, brought my car in on the sunday before and they started working on it first thing monday morning, and it was completely finished by 3pm. plus they were able to use my parts! they called me with every extra problem they ran into, didnt mind answering all of my questions, and got me a handful of discounts too. definitely my go to place from now on, super wonderful service, super speedy and so far very reliable.
Get my oil change here all the time. In 5 years, I have only had one issue.
