Reading the reviews, I finally get it. Stay clear of this place. Locally owned and been around for a while but a very shady business practice. Followed a vehicle through the month last month and checked again this morning when I got an email confirming there was a price drop. A price drop they did not back. They tried to tack on an additional $3500 and said that the rebate was not correct although it’s right on their website. I have lived in this county for 46 years. Broke my hand brake while getting service on my transmission and refused to fix it
Stopped by the "quick lane" for an oil change. Didn't seem overly busy but unfriendly guy at the desk advised the wait was about 90 minutes which contradicts the existence of the "quick lane." Do better, Plaza Ford!
