Quite disheartening that due to software issues at Plaza Ford dealership only since beginning of 2019-as per Plaza Ford staff- there is no longer a print out form with written information provided to customers regarding break wear, tire tread info., wear etc when having routine oil change etc done. no regard for customers who have purchased 4 vehicles from this location. Fix your software, if you need guidelines, help etc ask another local dealership for advice. Only Plaza Ford having problems.
