Broke my hand brake while getting service on my transmission and refused to fix it
Stopped by the "quick lane" for an oil change. Didn't seem overly busy but unfriendly guy at the desk advised the wait was about 90 minutes which contradicts the existence of the "quick lane." Do better, Plaza Ford!
The Quick Lane service dept is nothing short of amazing! I have been there twice for the same reason and they did not hesitate to fit me in and help rectify the situation right on the spot. Shelbi is very friendly and wonderful to work with. She remembered both my husband and I from our 1st visit. She helped make the experience stress free! We love Shelbi!
