Got my wifes oil changed about a week or two ago and they did not tighten the drain plug properly so oil was leaking. Only realized that it wasn't tightened due to oil leak stain in my garage. Mistakes happen but this could have been bad if my wife qas driving and all the oil came out while driving. Will not be coming back for any type of service.
Visiting Texas and did an oil change at this location for them to NOT put my undercarriage shield back under my mustang and to tell me it was never there. Drove through the night and everywhere on car dirty but the oil pan area.

This quick lane location is the most unorganized and disregards their customers. I was there on 12/12/25 around 11 a.m. waiting in line for an attendant for 15 mins, then someone new drove up, got out the car and he went in the office. The new person walked out with a attendant to get checked in and I jumped out the truck stating, I've been waiting for 15 mins.
