Scam Prices and Rude Service I took a business vehicle here for warranty work and a diesel exhaust filter replacement. My interactions were with Steve Hickens in service and one person at a desk in the service area. Neither of these people were friendly, or polite whatsoever, despite the fact that I was very polite and kind. Steve seemed inconvenienced by my presence and business that I was bringing to him. I highly recommend McKie Ford, if you’re looking to get a 3 hour nap with your oil change. They are very consistent with this too.
Very ckean, cheap, reliable and fast. I would give 7 stars if I could. I am visiting this town, but I felt like home at this dealership. I did an oil change, tire rotatiin and filters under $90 in 45 mins for a '20 Explorer...beat that! Good for you guys!

Pleasant staff. Should not be called "quick" by any measure however. There is a 3% charge if you pay by credit card.
