This place is anything but quick. Horribly slow service even at quiet times. I check their online cameras and go when it’s not busy. Still wait two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. You watch them work and they have 4-6 guys working on one vehicle. Crazy.

Needed a first 5000 service and tire rotation. Was greeted very fast by a service representative. Price was good as I used a coupon found on the McKie website. The waiting room was large and comfortable. I think the total time was about an hour. Would go there again.
They got the job done. Most of them are friendly, but one of their service techs when I was getting an oil change was very rude and dismissive, and he kept locking up the brakes on my truck when he would move it at first I thought it was a mistake. Maybe he didn’t realize how sensitive the brakes were, even though he works on these trucks all the time, but the second time he locked up my brakes, even worse he was just in a pissy mood.
