Great, fast service - was able to get a next-day appointment, service was faster than expected.
Do not buy a warranty from these guys for your vehicle. When I purchased my truck, I was told by Tobias that I could take it into any McCombs dealership for the service which was great as I had a McCombs Toyota next door. I clarified that it could go there as it is not a Ford dealership and was told yes. I proceeded with the Mastertech service plan. Good luck getting a clear answer about whether your order is actually ready. They’ll just transfer you to “Amy” who will not answer or return any calls. Also, don’t buy a car from this place unless you wanna get ripped off. Mac Haik's Southway Ford Is the best.
The Ford service departments can be time consuming and hectic given the type of service and repairs needed. However, I have to give recognition when service meets or exceeds any customers expectation.
