Sat outside the door in vehicle because it says remain in vehicle techs had no other customers there and looked at me like I was bother finally someone helped they changed my oil put cap back on closed the hood didn’t ask me to start vehicle and check level or check for leaks had to get out the vehicle and look myself and no tire air pressure check
I booked my appointment at 7:30am to get my oil change early. I was the first car on the bay. It took 30 minutes to actually change it and another 30 minutes before they got me my paperwork so I can pay. I watched 2 other cars come onto the bay after me and they were serviced and leave before I did. They came out and apologized for having me wait so long. I paid and they sent me on my way. We've bought several cars here, good experience each time. We use qu I k lane for oil changes and normally are pleased. Got oil changed today on my 2018 Ford Edge and was disappointed with the service received. Things were checked off that they simply did not do. Such as lights, turn signals, horn, cabin filters were not checked. Specifically asked them to check tire pressure as my low tire pressure was staying on and wanted to be sure I didn't have a problem and have them reset it. This was my first service visit with my Bronco, oil change and tire rotation. The service was completed in an hour or less. The staff was very friendly. Since this was my first visit so I had a few questions that were answered very thoroughly. When finished my vehicle interior was cleaner than it was when I brought it in and was pleasantly surprised with the cost. Great experience and this is where I will get my vehicle serviced in the future. Thank you
