Experienced issues the last two visits when I taken a vehicle to them for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation). First visit with an issue was on my F150; Oil filter was improperly installed resulting of a loss of oil pressure and power while driving on I-20. This previous visit took my newly purchased vehicle for oil change & rotation; Sevice sheet had stated they checked tire pressure and stated all were at 39 psi. We purchased an F-250 from Paul Mayes and took delivery in December 2023. The pricing we were given was the exact price we paid with no processing fees or additional charges. We ordered the truck earlier in the year and Paul was upfront about delivery taking a few months from the order date.
