Please do not book any service here. They take 1 hour and a half or more just for an oil change. The lady that did my oil change came to me in front of many people and basically yelled my information out for many to hear. Go to star Lincoln instead they actually want to help and provide excellent service and cheaper prices. Also I wanted them to take a look at a broken piece of my rear mirror she then proceeded to say that I need another appointment for that. Very inconvenient please don’t come here!!!
I brought my car to this Quick Lane for 'the works' routine maintenance on my 2020 Explorer (invoice C38179). The service department failed to reset the oil life monitor. They failed to replace the old service reminder sticker on the windshield. They failed to put the oil filler cap back on (I found it lying in the engine compartment when I got home).
