This dealership put the wrong oil in my vehicle and overfilled the engine during an oil change, which caused my engine to break down. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their service. I would advise others to double-check any work performed on their vehicle.
Very helpful!
Please do not book any service here. They take 1 hour and a half or more just for an oil change. The lady that did my oil change came to me in front of many people and basically yelled my information out for many to hear. Go to star Lincoln instead they actually want to help and provide excellent service and cheaper prices. Also I wanted them to take a look at a broken piece of my rear mirror she then proceeded to say that I need another appointment for that. Very inconvenient please don’t come here!!!
