Ordered a part, never received it and didn't get a refund after 2 months of trying to do so.
Reminds me of the bait and switch dealers when they were around. They kept pressuring us to turn in my husbands pick up early which we did. They did NOT tell us we should call to get it inspected beforehand. He has leased several trucks through them before and never had an issue, they didn't do the inspection because they "misplaced" the keys for weeks after drop off. The inspection came back with bogus charges that had he known and gotten it inspected before hand he would have fixed himself, and now slapped with a crazy cha... read more
