We drove down from Rhode Island to purchase a vehicle and met with Salesman, Carl Betwinek who was professional, highly knowledgeable, great personality, and went above and beyond to help us make the decision to purchase our car. It was a 4 hour drive, but Carl Betwinek made it worth the drive. There are no surprises at this dealership like bogus fees, and you leave with a smile on your face. They are Professionals.
Not worth the discount. Took well over 3 weeks to receive what I ordered. Was promised a credit for a backordered part that I never received. Ordered quantity two of an item and only received one... and the one that I did receive was DAMAGED. THE SHIPPING BOX THE DAMAGED ITEM WAS SHIPPED IN WAS FAR TOO SMALL TO ACCOMMODATE THE PART. Read in its entirety please !!! I had such an amazing experience. I actually went to look at a Ford bronco Sasquatch and ended up leaving with a Ford raptor. I am totally in love with the car as well as the customer service. They were patient kind and efficient.
