Very disappointed with the service performed on my 2019 Edge The day after I picked my vehicle up I heard a rattling from the front end when I got on the LIE. I looked under the front end and the undercarriage shroud was hanging down. 5 of the screws that hold the shroud in place were not installed. They helped me with a key being made and the communication, follow-up, and appointment scheduling was outstanding. I'll definitely be back if I ever need parts or service on my Lincoln Continental, and probably will start buying cars from this dealer for my business, since the service dept. is such a breeze and the team is so amazing!!!
Ordered 4 packs of bolts for 5.0L coyote connecting rods as I was scammed by another NY based ford store also, these packs come packaged as 2s 2 bolts 1 rod, I ordered 4 packs AS IT STATED ON THE WEBSITE OR ELSE I WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT THEM DUE TO THE OTHER STORE DOING THE EXACT SAME SLEAZY STUFF I paid 28$ for bolts that are supposed to be 3-4$ a pack as I've ordered them this way before, and even paid expedited shipping as I directly needed them, today 4/4/25 the package shows up with 4 bolts in the box in return to the site... read more
