Jay "Jaycare" Stewart provides excellent customer service. I have been using him for several years now and he never disappoints. I will tell you to never use the lady that takes care of commercial service. She does not have very good customer service skills. Instead of apologizing for the rudeness of another member of the service staff she defended him. Not a good look. Jay stepped right up to diffuse the issue. Much appreciated. So in closing, Jay Stewart is the person to deal with in the service area.
😱 OMG, so far the best experience with Jay Stewart. He kept me informed, and had me in and out. He restored my faith in Koons Ford of Baltimore again. I hope it continues.
