They’ve always repaired and maintained my vehicle (Taurus) correctly since I first bought it. They offer Lyft rides so you don’t have to wait while your vehicle is repaired.
I brought my bronco sport in 3hrs before my appointment more than 4hrs after my scheduled time I had to call resulting with a call from Tina informing me that the scheduled service had not been done and could Koons keep my vehicle overnight , I was totally dissatisfied at that point. Not being offered a loaner vehicle or a complimentary service that I opted for disappointed me, and in frustration I elected to just pick up my Bronco sport.
