Well it’s not been too good some of the problems that existed when I bought car to Koons still exist today 6/13/2025. I’ve complained about noises in the back when turning that’s still there and the smell of something when I travel over 40 mph. And both they haven’t seen any problems but it still persist with my ca. I’ve read up on my model and it’s a problem in that vehicle and just like I read up on it they should have known what it is so now I have to take off from work because today Saturday isn’t a good day to bring it ... read more

By far the worst service center I’ve ever been to. The service department front desk workers are extremely rude, inefficient, dismissive, and treat you as if they’re doing you a favor for their services. They treat you as the lowest priority while their staff laughs and jokes around throughout the center. Horrible service, learning how to service my own vehicle just so I don’t have to come here.
