They can never get alignment right, steering wheel is always crooked even after alignment i have to bring it back which wastes time. Last time I brought my f150 for alignment same thing happened but now they say the technician recommends replacing tie rods because they can't be adjusted which is a lie since they were able to adjust it the first time. Fast and courteous
I'm furious. I needed the tire pressure monitor gauge in one of my wheels replaced. I get there and the agent tells me they don't perform complex services on Saturdays. Why didn't anyone tell me that in the four notifications to remind me of my appointment. I put on my appointment what I wanted done.
