Good service.
On a Friday afternoon around 4:45pm and after attempting to fix a nail on a tire at 4 different locations including another Ford dealer in Hanover, the staff at Quick Lane was willing to help without complaining, without telling me the tech was leaving in a few minutes they jumped into action and fixed the tire. Staff at this location are nothing but awesome. Haven’t experience such level of service under the give circumstances. Thank you guys for the service, professionalism and friendly attitude.
