Within two months of getting the car fixed, check engine lights on again after I have to bring it back twice for the same issue. Now I have to go back a third time, but I am going to a different four because I was told I couldn’t get in until the following week and that it was OK to drive your car with the check engine light on no matter what
Bad experience with both Ford Customer Service and Kerry Ford's service team. Between the two, I was without a car for over 2 months and they never started service. The majority of that was waiting for Ford to approve my claim but Adrian and the Service Manager were both rude and then expected me to be overly appreciative of their efforts (Adrian suggested I sell my car to someone without telling them about the needed service as an alternative to paying to have it fixed, which tells you what you need to know about him). Bought a new truck, and so far, they're very easy to work with for warranty repairs/fixes.
I have always left great reviews for Kerry Ford, I had a great experience with the last service manager but the new service manager should be fired. I was asked to take my business elsewhere, he said I was unreasonable, I tried to purchase tires and told them what I expected before I tried to purchase my tires. Asked for a low balanced road force. I asked to get as close as 20 lbs which is asking for a lot due to being a truck tire.
