Went in for a tire swap since theyre the closest shop. Got to my truck after hours with all doors unlocked and battery dead. So, not going here again.
They ran my Explorer without a filter. Had an appointment at 9:30. Dropped the car off, was told an hour and a half. Came back 7 hours later, still wasn’t done. Guy at the counter said wouldn’t be long. Not sure what the purpose of an appointment is if you have to wait all day anyway. Scheduled an appointment for my free oil change through Kendall ford a month ago. The day of I went to drop my truck off they let me know they’re running hours behind due to short staffing. This is the third time this has happened with them. I was let know by a customer in the waiting room that they were able to get their vehicle in as a walk in. So this company prefers to take walk ins over scheduled appointments. Very poor customer service as well.
Got us in 25 minutes before our scheduled appointment. Fix the tire fault sensors that others could not fix.
