Fast oil change, good price, friendly staff. Don't know what else you could really ask for.

My 71 year old mother made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get her oil changed and have her winter tires put on her vehicle. That appointment was today at 3:00 pm. She dropped her car off and I took her shopping and out to dinner. We returned around 5:30 PM to have your so called service writer/manager tell my mother they didn't get to her scheduled appointment because they had to many walk-ins drop off vehicles. Worst service and arrogant, incompetent! left truck at eight in the morning, was greeted with a guy that immediately turned his back to me and walked into the shop! Then I called 4hrs later and they never answered phone for nearly two hours, had to drive over and was greeted by the desk guy eating pizza and said he had to answer the phone, I got testy and said I had been trying to call for two hours only to be interrupted and told he had to answer the phone!
