Very nice people working there and they took my truck in early and did everything I asked for. I will definitely going back
I wouldn't recommend them. They did an oil change and tire rotation on my Raptor. The tech didn't finish tightening the oil drain plug. I found that out from all the oil that had drained onto my driveway. If they can be that careless on a vehicle from their Ford Performance line, it's hard for me to imagine that they care about the service provided to a "regular" vehicle. I unfortunately purchased their Cooper Care package, so I'm stuck with an additional oil change/rotation from a dealership that I can't trust more than a 5... read more
Douglas in Service Department is always friendly and professional. They always get me right in, give me courteous ride to work pick me up bring me back to dealership this is very convenient. Service department always does a great job.
Their website clearly says that you do not need an appointment to go through the quickly. I showed up today. I was told I do need appointment and that they don’t like those. He is aware other people who are trying to get a quick oil change. Sorry, Joe Cooper.
