I called to make an appointment for a break job and I was told the service department would call back, never did. I called back the next day and no one answered the phone. I went some wear else. On the 6 of may I called for an oil change the phone rang for ever. someone finely answered. I was told after words that the tie rod ends need to be changed I asked for a quote they said they would email me the quote and never did. I will take my business some wear else from now on.

Bought a 2022 Chevy Equinox. Helpful in what we wanted to get. We got it within a week, might have been faster if there was no work. Had the oil change and air filter change and full coating with the purchase. Everything went well, happy with the new car.

As the review below states, my positive comments were about Patriot Ford. They are now Heiser AutoMaxx and I have had no dealings with them whatsoever. I am not even sure if they are a Ford Dealer any longer as my recall sevice appointment was canceled by them. We have had routine service performed at Patriot a few times since they took over tge Olsen dealerships. We have been pleased with the ease of scheduling, the prompt service and reasonable prices. We will continue to have our vehicle cared for by the Patriot team.
