As always the folks at Jim Hudson Ford kept me informed and provided their recommendation as well as other option before making a decision on a significant service. Matt in the service department kept me informed of the progress, no need to call for updates. Jim Hudson Dealers were recommended to me after repeated poor experiences at a different dealership, they have not disappointed. Good, bad or ugly, they tell it to you straight.
Took a couple of days to get to my truck, but once they did, it was quick and pretty efficient. Good work!
