I had Quick Lane do an alignment on my car a couple of months ago and I started hearing a clunking noise coming from the front end, so I brought my car back to Quick Lane to have it checked for maybe something left loose. The service at Jacky Jones is always great and very professional
They do the job but nothing quick about the quick lane. 3.5 hours to do a oil change and rotation and balance. After telling me around an hour to an hour and a half.
Had a problem with a tire and they were nice enough to squeeze me in to check on it. Glad I did because I could have had more problems if I hadn't.
