Excellent service and customer interaction
I have had service at this dealership two times and have found it to be simply fantastic with wonderful customer service initiatives. Nikki, the lady at the check-in station, is great and full of wonderful customer service skills. I found everyone that I spoke to to be very friendly. The work done on my Ford F-150 has been met with acceptance. They also uploaded all the work to my Ford app successfully, updating the service record.
Kaitlyn was great she stayed on task and looked out for me. She did a great job
