I was a loyal customer for 4+ years, and will not return after my recent experience. Quick Lane staff treated me like less than garbage. I came in for a standard strut replacement. The facility recommended replacing control arms as well. Not only did they neglect to order in the parts I requested, they also installed mismatch parts from the left and right side.
