My Explorer is back on the road!
As always, they did good work. The pick up and delivery is always nice. My only complaint is that everything is so expensive. Everything is so out of control, the average person will have difficulty doing the things that needs to be done.
My 2019 F150 Lariat experienced a rough idle and seemed to be misfiring at road speed. I called Jack Kain Ford Service Dept and explained my issues with Kaitlyn, my Service Advisor. She scheduled an appointment and was able to get my vehicle in sooner than I expected. The service tech ran diagnostics and discovered what was causing my issues and repaired accordingly. This is my go to dealership whenever I need service or a new vehicle. Thank you Kaitlyn and Jack Kain Ford for always being there.
