I am very disappointed in the service writer. Be was rude, lazy and disrespectful. This is the second and last time he has been this way. I will take my business elsewhere ! Something has changed again with the service department and not for the good of the customer.My late father retired from Ford and I'm glad he's able to see this sad and unacceptable service.
