Went to look at a used truck. Rick was the salesman, and he was awesome. Bought the truck we looked at. So far things are great.
I purchased a vehicle from here 12/2021. They were supposed to fix certain issues with my vehicle. I’ve called my salesman several times and still nothing has been done. I then called for a sales manager on several occasions and still have yet to receive a response. I do NOT recommend Hollingsworth Richards Ford for anything!!! I am very disappointed, because it’s going on a year and the issues that were promised to be fixed have NOT happened.
