I purchased a vehicle from here 12/2021. They were supposed to fix certain issues with my vehicle. I’ve called my salesman several times and still nothing has been done. I then called for a sales manager on several occasions and still have yet to receive a response. I do NOT recommend Hollingsworth Richards Ford for anything!!! I am very disappointed, because it’s going on a year and the issues that were promised to be fixed have NOT happened.

The service department has horrible customer service. I called them and left a voicemail to be called back but they did not answer. So I called the next week and left another voice message and was still ignored. After a couple more days I demanded to speak with someone immediately and finally got through. Once I scheduled an appointment and brought my car, the service department told me that they found the problem and other problems as well and they all needed to be fixed immediately. Bought my vehicle in to be service. They claimed they fixed the issue i had. Didn't get 5 miles away from dealership and found my vehicle was still having the same issue. Bought it back they had it for 9 days. Still could assess the problem. Basically just told me there was no issue they could find. Spent 700.00 for nothing
