I purchased a vehicle from here 12/2021. They were supposed to fix certain issues with my vehicle. I’ve called my salesman several times and still nothing has been done. I then called for a sales manager on several occasions and still have yet to receive a response. I do NOT recommend Hollingsworth Richards Ford for anything!!! I am very disappointed, because it’s going on a year and the issues that were promised to be fixed have NOT happened.
The service department has horrible customer service. I called them and left a voicemail to be called back but they did not answer. So I called the next week and left another voice message and was still ignored. After a couple more days I demanded to speak with someone immediately and finally got through. Once I scheduled an appointment and brought my car, the service department told me that they found the problem and other problems as well and they all needed to be fixed immediately.
