Very dissatisfied with my experience with heller ford purchased a car a week ago and still have no car or a replacement. Was not clearly disclosed that the car was a lemon bug back and they had not checked it out or serviced it yet now I’m stuck with a vehicle iv paid for and have nothing to drive and the communication from the salesman has been very sub par. We went too Springfield .they thought I was stupid .my husband score 790 they really try too take this man for a ride, it was green in Springfield stay away .so I got on line found Heller Ford they were so nice we got a good deal. .I really appreciate everything they did.we finally have a good working vehicle.
