For the most part this is a good place to buy a car but make sure if buying use you test drive it good. Cause if not and engine turns out to be bad could be a month and a half before your get vehicle back the one bonus thing is they at least give you a service loaner if they have one available
Mike Head was awesome. He bent over backwards to make my family happy with our new car. Everyone at Heller Ford was so polite and friendly. If I ever need another car I will definitely go here. The atmosphere was so down to earth.
I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 Maverick. Great sales staff, and inventory is huge. I knew what I wanted and Heller was right on board.
Worked with Tyler Wright, he took the time with getting a 16 year old kid her first car (that wasn't junk on the lot). At the 'out the door price' we set first thing, prior to testing anything. Where ever this kid goes selling cars I will deal with him first. Honest, trust-worthy guy who held nothing back on any of the 5-10 used vehicles we looked at.
