I purchased a 2024 F150 from Heller Ford, I dealt with salesman Mike Head and he was fantastic to deal with!! The process was super easy, he pulled up numerous trucks that I wanted to look at and test drive and it was very cold outside. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them and I was a very satisfied customer and I WILL return for future purchases in the future!!
(Updated Review) I purchased a low-mileage 2017 F-150 and initially had transmission concerns that Heller Ford diagnosed as leaks from the transmission lines and transmission heater. They found the transmission was 3 quarts low and quoted roughly $1,300 for repairs. After the repair, the truck appeared fixed. Transmission temperatures dropped from 201°F to 180°F, shifting improved, and fuel economy increased from 16 MPG to 19 MPG. Unfortunately, the repair did not last. I bought a 2020 jeep gladiator from these guy in late January of this year 3 days into owning it had to have a new engine put into it they had it till end of may got it back and have had to take it back for an oil leak in the engine around the end of June and now the check engine light is currently on again this is ridiculous on how much time I have had this thing in the shop and still have issues with a brand new engine
