I’ll start off by saying I hate dealerships!!! Constantly dealing with sly salesman and finance managers that sticking you with service plans, warranties like it’s a lie or death decision. The best one we all love is dealer hidden forced fees since Covid and before then at most dealers. But here’s the kicker… Helfman Ford is the complete opposite. Javier Gonzalez was amazing and was so helpful. He showed me so many options and was very friendly. I highly recommend him!
After several horrible experiences trying to find a truck I came here and was received by Abbey at used cars whom was fantastic! He let the truck sell itself and did not try to push me at all. We had some issues with my trade in and the manager was not empathetic at all but the director led his team and made sure that nothing stood between me and the truck I wanted. Happy to say I love my truck and would 100% buy from Abbey again!
