My Ford C-Max wouldn't remotely unlock, then it wouldn't start. My intuition said "battery, "so I called Hastngs Ford and set up an appointment to have the it checked out. I got to the shop at about 1:50 pm, the battery was tested bad, with none in stock. Erik took the time to find me an after market battery and then had it installed by 3:15 pm. Great customer service as always. I was the last appointment of the day for an oil change and tire rotation. It was past closing time when things wrapped up and Dan took time to review some recommendations for upcoming services; one in particular that is pretty important.
