Have been taking 4 vehicles here for years for yearly safety inspections and emissions without any problem until this past week. Agreed to allow them to put windshield wipers on without asking how much they were. Went to cashier to pay and bill was 180.00!!!! For inspection and windshield wipers. They charged almost 100.00 for wind shield wipers. I asked the service manager if this was a mistake and he took 20.00 off . Ridiculous ! 100.00 for windshield wipers is insane . Shameful. Lesson learned .
Took me 3 hours to get the works service. Called before I went and said no problem but after watching 10 people come and go as I waited I asked service advisor and he bluntly said it's up in the air. Why wouldn't someone ( him) let customers know status of waiting vehicle. Very disappointed but the thing that bothered me the most was you expect customers to watch OAN program on your waiting room tv? Wow! After 25 plus services like this I think it's time to look elsewhere.
