My first experience with Performance Ford Somerville's service department was disappointing. I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer in for two recall repairs, four new tires, and replacement of two windshield wipers. The check-in process was excellent. My service advisor understood my requests, gathered all of the necessary information, and kept me updated throughout the day.
