Very friendly, made room for me even though I didn't have an appointment. I was in and out.
I heard a different noise from my 2024 timberline, so I stopped in to service. Mike told me Terence could look at it right then!! Terence is VERY METICULOUS. He took it for a ride to listen, and then wanted to put it on the lift to check further. What I am hearing is normal breakin...nothing to worry about. In a world where the short list is people knowing their job, and great service...QuickLane stands out!! Many thanks Terence and Mike for helping me...I feel so much better knowing all is OK!!
