Saddened to learn you're no longer open evenings. I can no longer come here. Crazy how businesses accommodate early morning people, but eliminate evenings.

Called 13-13-25 to request a tire rotation on my truck that day. The service writer said no problem. Drove up and was told they don’t have a rack to lift my completely stock ‘24 f-250. What? I was the only customer there. Do they not have a floor jack and jack stands ? The whole front row at the dealership was filled with heavy duty trucks for sale that they apparently can’t service. Unimpressed.
Not really living up to the Quicklane name if it's a hour wait to just get in for a oil change. If thats the case going forward go back to having appointments so people dont have to waist there time driving up there to just turn around and leave. I have always come here for the quick service and no appointments needed I use to be in and out in 45 min for a oil change if this is going to be how it is I will start going back to a local garage again so I don't have to drive 20min to just leave.
