I go well out of my way to go here. The service is great. They recently replaced the waiting room furniture, but left out the tables. So no place to set a drink.
Very thoroug friendly service
I've come here twice for an emissions test, the staff are all very friendly, and the service is great. Just drive up, give them your keys, and they'll return your car in a few minutes. I also have to commend their honesty. I overhead a technician talking with a customer. He showed him his engine and cabin filter and asked if he wanted them replaced, not trying to convince him that they 'need' to be replaced. Amazing customer service everytime I return. I always request to speak to Quicklane Manager Kyle and Quicklane mechanic tech Keaton as they are super detailed and caring about their work they put into any of the vehicles I have taken to get fixed. I truly trust those two opinons more than others in this community as they have fixed other local mechanics issues they caused and problems those mechanics overlooked.
As a former mechanic and car enthusiasts, I am very picky about who I let around and touch my multiple cars. I have no issues taking any of my vehicles to Quick lane Manager Kyle. His background and knowledge truly shows as much as his care about his customers. Kyle's mechanic tech Keaton is my go to when I'm unable to work on my own vehicles as i can tell he takes true pride in his work and makes sure everything is done correctly with great care.
