Amazing customer service everytime I return. I always request to speak to Quicklane Manager Kyle and Quicklane mechanic tech Keaton as they are super detailed and caring about their work they put into any of the vehicles I have taken to get fixed. I truly trust those two opinons more than others in this community as they have fixed other local mechanics issues they caused and problems those mechanics overlooked.
As a former mechanic and car enthusiasts, I am very picky about who I let around and touch my multiple cars. I have no issues taking any of my vehicles to Quick lane Manager Kyle. His background and knowledge truly shows as much as his care about his customers. Kyle's mechanic tech Keaton is my go to when I'm unable to work on my own vehicles as i can tell he takes true pride in his work and makes sure everything is done correctly with great care. My first and last time ever having this place work on my truck. I had a them repl a ce the sticks and struts, after looking to the parts they used I could see they charged me more than double for parts. They also didn't plug in a sensor which caused every light on my dashboard to light up, causing stability track, abs, and other traction control functions to not work, this was mid January after a huge snow storm. My dad and I used to do all my car maintenance together. After my dad passed, I was dreading putting on snow tires and doing my oil change, as I had never done it alone without him. I took my car in and told them to just take care of my brakes while they had the tires off anyway, since I figured the pads were starting to get pretty worn.
