This dealership and Quick Lane are incredibly frustrating when it comes to communication. To even speak with a live person is extremely difficult. Upon making our initial call on a Saturday morning, we were handled by AI not a live person. An appt for our diesel truck was booked for an oil change and a check engine light for 11 am with the service dept. We brought the truck in only to be told, "We don't have any diesel techs working today. Just go across the street to get your oil changed at Quick Lane." We did do that and n... read more
I went there with a elderly friend to get a new vehicle and he wanted one that was advertised for one price, but when it was time to start signing papers, they came out with a price that was 16 thousand dollars more than what we were looking at. And when I said something. They started going through all the extra stuff that they never said was extra or more. So I found them very sneaky and untrustworthy.
I don’t usually give ratings to anything, not because I don’t want it, it’s just because I’m lazy . In this case this is a must-do for me and I would like to give shoutouts to Anthony Huertas for such a outstanding work and dedication he performed while I was there waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Treat this place like you would fast food, check your car before you leave. The experience I had today wasn’t a good one aside from the conversations I had with Anthony (overall great guy and great customer service). The car service itself was not 5-star service and I didn’t receive the fully expected service that I had paid for.
