Absolutely slowest service around for an oil change and tire rotation got here at 11 been sitting for an hour and my truck hasn’t been touched. I would not recommended this establishment or the lithia service plan either. If you want to waist your day in their waiting room come on by they have ac and free water!
Don’t waste your time here the service advisors are horrible and they cannot properly submit a tire warranty claim. After my tire claim was denied here, I went to Gator Ford 2 days later and everything was approved taken care off with new tires under warranty. Stay far away from Ross Glass as your service rep
This dealership and Quick Lane are incredibly frustrating when it comes to communication. To even speak with a live person is extremely difficult. Upon making our initial call on a Saturday morning, we were handled by AI not a live person. An appt for our diesel truck was booked for an oil change and a check engine light for 11 am with the service dept. We brought the truck in only to be told, "We don't have any diesel techs working today. Just go across the street to get your oil changed at Quick Lane." We did do that and n... read more
