I made an appointment for a works service. In the past, I have been in and out in about an hour. Last week it was 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I asked why it took so long I was told your in business, you should understand. I have a busy schedule and came in on my lunch break. I missed a meeting . I guess I would understand if I was a walk in, but not with an appointment. Not happy
