Tok my truck to Ken Stoepel Ford to get warranty work done. It had a transmission vibration. They took the truck in and supposedly fixed it. Got it back and it was doing the same thing. Took it back again. They told me it was the tires and they needed to be changed. I changed tires and it still had the vibration. Asked them to do a road force test. They said that they did. When I picked up the truck, they were going to charge me $60 for the road force test. I was going to pay it. They said they waived the charge and took car... read more

These folks provide customer service like it is supposed to be. Someone answered their phone, allowed me to vent about another dealer, reassured me they could get it done in the time they said they could do it. Was proactive and ordered the part ahead of time to reduce my wait. Tiffany and the rest of the team are eager to help and got me on my way ahead of schedule. WOW WHAT AN AWESOME TEAM! THANKS!

I was sitting in service waiting this morning reading my paper, when all sudden I hear lady going off, it continued so I get up and go look, it's coming from around the corner, apparently lady in parts is going off on her co-worker, she storms out the door, comes down hallway past me and is cussing and going on, they can fire me. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with the service at this dealership. I had hoped for better, given that it's a Ford, but the reality has been disappointing. I was informed that a part controlling the heat and air was faulty, with a quoted fix of $350 and the assurance that it could be done while I waited. If you want the cliche shady used car salesman experience, shop Thomason Ford where they advertise a transparent buying experience while they sit on a throne of lies! They pushed me to sign documents saying when I came back the next day with a deposit, I could change terms. I received a message from Jamie Townsend (General Manager) offering to buy my F150 above market value for my truck. On a whim, my wife and I decided to make the trip and see what they could offer.
