They exceeded my expectations!
Had to take car back on first day of ownership to have transmission replaced, now they will not answer the phone when I call to give me information about the gap insurance they made me get to give to my bank, do not, I repeat do not bye anything from this place.
Just purchased my third Ford from Dick Masheter Ford. The staff is nothing less than professional, honest and courteous. I went in to look at a Bronco and Ken worked with me to find the right model for my needs, he did not try to sell me a different (more expensive ) SUV! Sales manager quickly honored online pricing and worked with us on one of the rebates. We test drove, purchased and driving away in a new Bronco in less than 2 hours!
