My F250 had body damage to the passenger side of the cab, wheel and box after they drove it through their carwash! They did finally get it in to repair it. I had to drive from Waterloo to Ankeny, drop off the truck for repairs, had a rental to drive back to Waterloo, then waited 9 days, and back to Ankeny to pick it up. No compensation for my time or fuel costs!
After making an appointment I had my vehicle there at 0930 Tuesday morning and was not looked at until Thursday at 3:00 pm. ....vehicle was done later morning Friday. We only have 1 vehicle so it was very inconvenient. They had the car for almost 3 days before it was even looked at.
