Dahl Quick Lane is a complete scam. They deserve a 0 star honestly. They push unnecessary repairs—like telling me my battery was failing when it was actually perfect (I had it retested elsewhere and watched the proof myself). They’ve messed up my car and then refused to fix it unless I paid them even more. When you get an oil change, they’ll check your cabin air filter, drop leaves into your blower motor, and then try to charge you over $100 per hour to remove them. They were able to sneak me in for an alignment and oil change when Tires Plus forgot about my appt and didn't even put it in their schedule. I will be going here from now on for any service needs. P.S. - Kala was great and super helpful!
Ryan at the counter was very professional and kind. And the guy that worked on my vehicle I'm sorry I didn't get his name was fantastic. He sent me a video of the inspection and recommended something's. They listed to me and wasn't pushy about what to get done. Which I really appreciated. Easy and fast I would definitely would recommend them!!!!
