Had our truck serviced at quick lane courtesy Ford in hattiesburg. They didn't tighten the lug nuts on one of our tires. Within 5 minutes of pulling out of courtesy our tire came off and our truck slamed on the rd. It caused major damage. Not to mention my husband lost two days of work,he was very sore from hitting the road. Thats how hard it hit.We had faith they would do the right thing and fix our truck . Will not come back here. Very rude and impossible to work with. Won't set and appointment have to wait an hour and lose your spot if you run across road to O'Reilly's. Doesn't honor tire balance from another Quick Lane. Which we were told they would. Would have still got it done there but not giving my money to someone so rude!
