Every time I return for schedule maintenance it's all ways more expensive than last time. But they are quick with services without appointments.

Awesome experience! Had I not been told otherwise, I would have sworn Gillette had been working there for decades! She deserves a certified of merit for her communication, attentiveness, thoroughness, friendliness, and overall world-class customer service. Promote her, she would really make an excellent manager or executive!!

I’ve been a customer at Courtesy Ford since 2016 and have purchased two vehicles here, but the service has completely fallen apart. Wait times are outrageous, professionalism is lacking, and communication is non-existent. Today, I sat for fours hours just to have one tire replaced. In the past few months, I’ve spent over four hours waiting for even the simplest service. That is unacceptable.
