When I bought my new Nissan, I was given 2 free oil changes. I did the 3rd one myself and noticed a few broken clips and a few missing ones on the plastic lower engine cover that needs to be removed to change the oil. When I picked the car up, I was given an estimate for new tires. The tires were supposed to be rotated at the time of the oil change, but they did not preform this task. Besides the delays in production for the brand new Ford Maverick Lariat, Colvin has been nothing short of incredible. I strongly recommend Sales Rep Fred McAdams. His communication, follow up, help even 9 months after receiving the vehicle, have been spectacular. I will be doing an oil change for the first time with them, which they are kind enough to give free for your first one.
