When I bought my new Nissan, I was given 2 free oil changes. I did the 3rd one myself and noticed a few broken clips and a few missing ones on the plastic lower engine cover that needs to be removed to change the oil. When I picked the car up, I was given an estimate for new tires. The tires were supposed to be rotated at the time of the oil change, but they did not preform this task.
