Took my vehicle in for an oil change and everything seemed fine. A few months later I had an unrelated issue and stopped by another service shop. While they looked at my vehicle, they noticed my oil cap was missing from my engine. For roughly 4 months, my vehicle has been driven without an oil cap. When I bought my new Nissan, I was given 2 free oil changes. I did the 3rd one myself and noticed a few broken clips and a few missing ones on the plastic lower engine cover that needs to be removed to change the oil. When I picked the car up, I was given an estimate for new tires. The tires were supposed to be rotated at the time of the oil change, but they did not preform this task.
