Service Department was wonderful. They service my vehicle right the first time, the cost was reasonable, and the communication was fantastic. They even picked my vehicle up for me and dropped it off after the service was complete. I will be coming back to this dealer for all future services.

This dealership doesn't list transparent information for their used vehicles. Went here to look at a vehicle that was a buy back which is difficult to finance. Then they keep calling after stating the issue and won't purchase the vehicle
My son has a 2013 Ford Fusion in bad shape. Car is not worth $2K. He is trying to save up as much $ as possible thru food delivery to get new car. Took his fusion in to see about stability track replace only so he could maybe get another 4 weeks out of the car. The service department took advantage of him by charging him for 4 hours of labor $500 to diagnose a car and quote him $5K to repair a car that was clearly not worth half of that. The team was very responsive and worked to make the visit a good one. Not your typical experience for a car dealership in my prior experiences. Raylee did an exceptional job working with my schedule and budget. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him.
