This dealership does not have your best interests in mind. They will sell you anything, even if it does not actually benefit you as the customer. I bought a car from them in March 2025 and purchased an extended warranty at the same time. This week, when I needed to use the extended warranty, I discovered that my claim was not covered. This has been, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Ford dealership. For three days, I’ve been passed around from one person to another like a football, and I still cannot get a clear answer about whether I can get the vehicle or not — despite having a good credit score. One person answers, another doesn’t. Then I’m transferred to someone else who also doesn’t respond.
