I think they did a nice job changing my oil. I would have probably gave a 5, but I was there for an hour and 45 minutes. I even had an appointment.
I tried calling several times and no one ever called back. I left several messages.
I bought my car used from Byerly, and paid for all the extra services. So when I needed an oil change, an alignment, and new wipers I booked an appointment. I waited at the desk for about ten minutes after my scheduled appointment before anyone bothered to ask me what I needed.
