Terrible service and understaffed
Unfortunately not going to use this place anymore. Had my turbo replaced 2 years ago on my truck . It ended up needing replaced 2 years later and being a month over the warranty, I have to pay out of pocket another 3-4 grand . Service is declining.
1st time here for oil change, was very impressed with the customer service, easy in, easy out. Appreciated the mechanic/tech reviewing my car needs or potential future needs. Nothing pushy about buying anything else and wayyyyy cheaper than Columbus...
Alex is very helpful.
They are very respectful. I enjoy getting my oil changed. The guys that work there are very nice.
