Today is September 18, 2026, and I would like to share my experience with service at this dealership. I have owned two Ford trucks, a 2020 F-150 Raptor and now a 2024 F-150 Raptor, and all maintenance for both vehicles has been performed here. Great place make an appointment on line I always get the works oil change no issues and have had my rear brakes done as well next is my front brakes
They're either rotating tires incorrectly or just not doing them. I brought the truck in and they were at 8/32 in rear and 10/32 up front. After service they were the same. The advisor said they should be rotating from front to rear. I brought the issue to the advisor and he just said they did them and we can check the cameras if I want.
