Great place make an appointment on line I always get the works oil change no issues and have had my rear brakes done as well next is my front brakes
They're either rotating tires incorrectly or just not doing them. I brought the truck in and they were at 8/32 in rear and 10/32 up front. After service they were the same. The advisor said they should be rotating from front to rear. I brought the issue to the advisor and he just said they did them and we can check the cameras if I want. We have been a customer of both Brighton Ford and quick lane since 2016. The last three years the customer service has progressively gotten worse and each time we’ve taken our vehicles in the last three years they failed to clean off their spilled oil and leave us with the burden of stained driveways and don’t wanna do anything about it.
