Dropped off my truck at 750 am for a 8 am appt for an oil change. Told them I wanted new wheel locks since mine were damaged. Was told it would be around 8 bucks each but that they would let me know through text. Got the generic this is Brighton Ford text etc, 12 pm came and still no communication. So you’d think the Quick Lane would do business on a walk in basis. Guess again. They had two customers in the Quick Lane and could not do an oil change on my Expedition. They said they only do business on an appointment basis. The last time I tried to do business here the service writer acted like I was stupid for tying to get an appointment. Bunch of kids working in the quick lane. 2+ hours for oil change and fuel filter. Did a tire rotation even though I asked them not to. Overinflated one front tire or just screwed up the rotation order because my back tire is way under and the front is sky high. DO NOT TRUST THESE KIDS! Second time they screwed up basic tire inflation in one year! They either don’t understand or don’t care..
Go in for oil change and fuel filter. Couldn't do the fuel filter do to lack of experience. Couldn't let me know what was going on. But make stay for 2 to 3hrs. I checked my oil level. It was low. So I had to add another quart of oil. Never use to test drive your vehicle after oil change before. But never checked the oil after getting back. Use to get alot better service here before. Never had to add oil ever afterwards with in a couple of days. Mind you my truck doesn't use or drip oil anywhere. I've had it for 22yrs. I kno... read more
