Update: Called Ford and I do have a plan. Will be following up with corporate and management over this employee! Thanks for charging me for over 3 years! The service dept was the most helpful, but avoid the quiklane. The times I've been there for an oil change, I've dreaded the interaction days before. Supposedly have a maintenance plan through Ford, but they have never honored it and acted like it was an inconvenience each time I've asked about this. Quick availability and scheduling. Staff is very nice and helpfully. Even let me bring truck a second time to revivify alinement and allowed me to peak under car while it was lifted.
Not a huge fan of the service here, very busy and seen like they are always pushing to get more money out of you
