Took my new Kia in for the first oil change,. Talked to Service Manager about my misgivings on using fast oil change establishments. He assured me his people were well trained. I asked for a price before I took car in and was told oil change was $59. When I picked up the car the cost was $99. The Service Manager got involved and solved the problem.
