It’s unfortunate because I am a repeat customer of this dealership given its proximity to my house but it repeatedly disappoints. I brought my car in last Saturday morning at 9:30am for a simple oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change. The service person doing the paper work for my car (Kayden) asked what time I needed my car back by, I said 11:30am-12pm. I always bring my truck here for service, I’m never here long and always have quality interactions with everyone who works here. Worked with Junior last time I came in and he was excellent, professional, and got me in and out fast and was a pleasure to work with.
