i had dropped off my car for service. Jason was my service advisor and he was amazing to deal with. from the time i dropped my car off until the point that i picked it up, he was very attentive and keeping me in the loop everyday and no other dealership that i have been to has ever done that. and i would definitely like to recommend him and like to work with him in the future. Thank you again for all your help Jason. and everybody else that i dealt with was amazing and very professional.
I have been dealing with Bob Bell Ford for years. From purchasing vehicles to service on my vehicles it has always been a smooth process. My most recent service experience with Bob Bell Ford was great as usual. Katie kept me totally informed and from scheduling to pickup it as always was easy and again a very smooth process. Had an Oil Change, Fluid Check and Tire Rotation took less than an hour. Been doing this since I purchased my Car from Bob Bell Ford in 2022. Never had a problem with the service.
Professional Service
This is the second vehicle we’ve purchased from Bob Bell. We went to Bob Bell last year just to look at the Bronco. And to do a test drive, but weren’t ready to buy. Our salesman Todd was very understanding. That level of understanding and no pressure to buy is what made me want to go back when I was ready. I love my new Bronco.
