This dealership attempted what I believe to be one of the most egregious scams in Ford’s history. My experience with Bob Bell Ford of Glen Burnie was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars, which only adds to my frustration. The fact that they even have 4 stars is astonishing. This is by the far the WORST service department in the history of service departments. Go ahead and buy that extended warranty because by the time anyone looks at your vehicle (in my case several vehicles) the extended warranty will probably be in play. Heck, by the time they return a phone call about your vehicle you will have aged significantly. This is the worst service department I have ever had to work with. They are rude they are lazy and constantly trying to charge me for everything under the sun. Please find a different service department for your vehicle
I 100% agree with Ms L, the whole outfit is a scam.....at the end of the day have some insights about your vehicle, dont let these people/professionals tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, I have news, thier not going to tell the truth .instead it seams they want your vehicle.. explain how something small, i mean really small repair end up costing 8k......they said i needed a new transmission.....and all it was was cold intake ,air leak.... like make it make since, I feel so sorry for those elderly peeps that have big 40... read more
Todd was absolutely amazing at finding me the exact Bronco that I wanted! It wasn’t easy but he never gave up and continued to communicate everything with me throughout the process. I’m extremely happy with my Bronco and it’s all due to his hard work and dedication to ensure I was fully happy!
