Bought a used vehicle (paid in full). It was not what was advertised. Selling a vehicle under false information. Then my check engine light comes on. Service repairs must be done by a bmw specialist. It’s still under warranty, they take my vehicle to a transmission repair company instead. But no one has yet to call me with information regarding my vehicle. Yesturday I dropped the truck off and they said that I could leave it overnight. I was there today for a simple oil change. I ask for synthetic oil many times in fact its in the notes. Im not sure they did because they put the wrong sticker on the window calling for an oil change for 5,000 miles instead of 10,000 miles. I ask for this last time and they got it wrong then. This is the second time I’m doing the service at Bob Bell ford. They are amazing and dedicated to their customers. Thanks for the great service !This time is little different ! I called service department for recall service on my ford echo sport se 2020. They said it will take couple of days. But the reality is almost two weeks gone , job never done! My service advisor Mr. Jason spoke with me after numerous phone calls and said parts didn’t arrive yet and doesn’t have any idea when the job will be done ! Very frustrating!!!
My boyfriend got a 2018 Ford Expedition from them, put down 4k on the vehicle, got it registered and everything, they let him drive it off the lot, not even a week later, they call him saying they can't get him a loan for the vehicle and now he has to drive it back to them after he just got his knees drained. This place is a total joke.
Parker and Kirk were both pleasant to deal with and made the overall experience very pleasant. Would definitely recommend working with them.
