Recently purchased a ford lighting at bob bell in Glen butnie. Jordan was my sales associate. He did an incredible job. He was professional, answered all my questions, it was such a great experience working with him. The sales/finance team was great as well, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t want. I am beyond appreciative of the customer service and care performed on my vehicle. I purchased a Ford Focus in Michigan (which does not require a vehicle inspection). I was honestly freaking out, and I took my used car (with issues) to Bob Bell. Stephanie and Jessica held my hand and kept me updated on the costs and concerns they identified. Thanks to their work with me, I was able to get my car passed inspection and saved a lot of headaches. If you have a Ford, this is where I am going, and I recommend you go as well.
If you’re in the Market for a new Truck make sure you stop in and see Jordan. Great salesman along with complete transparency throughout the whole buying experience. Definitely got out the door with the a great deal on my new truck.
Bought a used vehicle (paid in full). It was not what was advertised. Selling a vehicle under false information. Then my check engine light comes on. Service repairs must be done by a bmw specialist. It’s still under warranty, they take my vehicle to a transmission repair company instead. But no one has yet to call me with information regarding my vehicle. Bought the car on the 9th of August, took it back to bob bell for service on Sept 2nd. And it is now Sept 11th and no one has yet to contact me about anything with my car.... read more
Yesturday I dropped the truck off and they said that I could leave it overnight. I was there today for a simple oil change. I ask for synthetic oil many times in fact its in the notes. Im not sure they did because they put the wrong sticker on the window calling for an oil change for 5,000 miles instead of 10,000 miles. I ask for this last time and they got it wrong then.
