I received a notice that my vehicle had a recall on it and tried to get a hold of the recall line at Bob Bell to schedule service. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. After multiple calls, I tried to be connected to another option on their prompt and was able to schedule service. I dropped off my vehicle Sunday evening for recall service Monday. Here’s a sharper version that hits hard while staying focused on your firsthand experience: I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience with Bob Bell Ford has been absolutely unacceptable. My truck has been in their possession for nearly TWO MONTHS for what should have been relatively basic work. I understand that delays happen.
