We got a flat tired on the highway and they were the only ones that actually help us They were really nice
Best car service especially in an emergency situation. Had a flat tire. They didn't have the tire on hand but were more than willing to change the tire when the other shop had the tire but wouldn't change it for us. The other shop had no cars/not busy. Quick lane took the extra time with their busy schedule to help us out.
I was traveling to Wichita KS which is a 2 hour drive when I had the skid shield bend during my travel. I tried to find a mechanic shop that would be able to take me in as fast as possible so I could continue my way back home. Fortunately, quick lane was able to me right in and get me taken care of in under 30 minutes so I could continue my trip. All of the associates were nice and super helpful especially the one on the front desk. I didn’t quite catch his name but his help was fully appreciated. 10/10 would definitely come... read more
